Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using CityClean own by AKC.
Your access to and use of the website is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access this website.

Goods that are sold can be exchanged within 30 days if the item is not damaged and is as received.
Customers are required to check the goods thoroughly at the time of receiving. No claims for any damage, shortage, or quality problems will be accepted after.
In case of financial disputes and non-payment cases, the dispute shall be separated into the Department of Economic Development (DED) and judiciary in the emirate of Bahrain.
The goods sold are NOT prohibited to be sold online.

In case of warranty claims the customer bare the responsibility of handing the item to our service center in Bahrain, otherwise shipping charges will be added (15 BHD/. for Bahrain) includes two way pickup and delivery once repaired.
The warranty doesn't cover broken parts, mishandling, misuse, failure to provide the right conditions to operate or damage resulting from wrong voltage or failing to follow the manual.
The warranty will be revoked in case of any repair out of our service center that include repairs that are not related to the current claim or current damage.
The warranty is valid on the agreed goods in the Bahrain only and it's the responsibility of the client to keep prove of warranty such as warranty stamped invoice or warranty certificate.
The company will carry the repair free of charge in the company service center during the warranty period. In case the client require the repair to be done on his site a charges of 25 BHD/. will be billed to the client.
In case of defected items, this must be reported to the concerned person within 48 hours of delivery for replacement request, goods must be in good condition, no physical damage, with original packaging and with proof of original invoice.
